Pumpkins and Cookies

Last weekend we carved the pumpkins we got from the pumpkin patch.
We carved Logan's first
Where did Kayley go?
Logan decided to use his hammer to clean it out.
Mommy's pumpkin had this inside.
Logan couldn't use the knife to carve so he used his saw.
This is Logan's Jack-o-lanturn

FALL COOKIES
We also made cut out cookies.  Logan loved eating the dough.
"No more bites of dough Logan"---"1 more Mommy"
Logan got to use his new rolling pin.
He loved using the cookie cutters.  The circle and moon were his favorites.

Daddy helped make cookies too.

This week...

Logan loves to ride in Daddy's car so we bought a car seat to keep in there.
Kayley can roll from her back to her tummy...she does this as soon as you lay her down!

She also sat up in her bouncy seat the other night!

Kayley Laughing

Feeding the Ducks

We went to feed the ducks with our friends Ms. Alli, Owen, Ms. Carrie, Addisyn, and Cameron.  Logan fell asleep on the way there!
There were so many ducks at the park.

After we fed the ducks, we had a picnic.

The Pumpkin Patch

We went to Chesterfield Berry Farm Saturday for their Pumpkin Festival.  It was a lot of fun.
We forgot to bring cash, so Logan worked off our admission.
Before starting work, Logan had to complete the training program.
Kids kept running in front of the tractors and getting harvested, so their parents would come here to collect them.
Mommy and Logan
Catch me Mommy!
Logan thought he could call the rabbits over to him like you call a dog..."here bunny" and pat his legs
We fed the bunnies through a tube.
Kayley stayed awake until the cows came home.
Daddy taught Logan how to talk to chicks.
Logan was jealous of the goat's fort.
To stay safe, Logan and Kayley hired a secret service agent.
Logan walked all over checking out all the pumpkins.
The rule was if you can pick it up, then it isn't big enough.
We have a winner!
There was always one more 'over there' we had to look at.
Having fun on the hay ride.
It was a fun but tiring day.  Logan learned a lot about farms and pumpkins.  On the way home, Mommy and Daddy learned that if someone falls asleep with Cheez-Its in their mouth, it comes out as a sticky orange goo that is hard to get out of seat belts.

Family Visits

Nana, Laura, Eden, and Ethan came to see us last week.  Eden and Aunt Mandy worked on her "fall" book together.
Aunt Lola is fun to climb on.
Eden was nice enough to drive "the kids" around for the week.

Watching TV
